It's so true that your thinking plays a large part in living a stress free life. And I've recently found out how much diet affects our thinking! If we're eating foods which aren't right for our own individual makeup, they can have profound effects on our thinking. I went on an elimination diet and found out that gluten and dairy were no-nos for me. After stopping eating them for several weeks my mind was clearer. And stimulating the vagus nerve (I recently started doing eiriu eolas) helps too! The best stress relief combo I've found yet.
